Messerly Surgical Care Staff

Dr. Randall Messerly D.O. is a board certified general surgeon with 20 plus years of surgical experience.

His practice has been located in Manchester, IA since 2005 and provides 24 hour service, seven days/week.

Prior to relocation in Manchester, Dr. Messerly practiced in Boone - Ames area and traveled to 8-10 local hospitals to provided surgical coverage for over 15 years.

These staff members are all RN’s who have surgical and clinical experience and have been specially trained in the laser procedure performed at Messerly Surgical care.

These staff members are nurse anesthetists.

We have a large group of experienced nursing staff and surgical tech staff who will provide you with excellent care while you are with us at Regional Medical Center.  they perform a wide variety of duties include answering patient questions, to assisting in surgery and providing nursing assistance to the doctor while he is working in the clinic setting.  They will be the ones who inform you of what to expect for any surgical procedure and will instruct you on what you need to for each of these procedures.

Kelly Messerly, BSN will be available to answer your medical questions, help you set up your surgeries and provide your with any assistance you may need while you are under Dr. Messerly’s care.

Our friendly and competent clinical staff will assist you with questions and help you schedule your consultation appointments and surgery.  They are also an excellent resource for all of your medical needs.
